TERMS OF USE

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in connection with the internet services (the "Services") provided through the Sejong Biotech website (the "Site") operated by Sejong Biotech Co., Ltd. (the "Company").

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

① These Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the Site.

② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws and regulations. In the event of amendment, the Company will notify users of such changes at least 7 days prior to the effective date by posting an announcement on the Site.

③ If a user disagrees with the amended Terms, the user may discontinue using the Services. Continued use of the Services after the notice period shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Services)

• Product and brand information

• Posting or distributing obscene, violent, or other content that violates public morals on the Site
• Using materials on the Site for commercial purposes without the Company's consent

Article 5 (Copyright and Intellectual Property)

① All copyrights and intellectual property rights for content posted on the Site (including text, images, videos, logos, and designs) belong to the Company.

② Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, broadcast, or otherwise use the Site's content without the Company's express prior permission.

③ Copyright in content posted by users belongs to such users. However, users grant the Company permission to use such content for the purpose of operating the Services.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

① The Company shall be exempt from liability for failure to provide Services due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, interruption of telecommunications services, or hacking.

② The Company shall not be liable for any disruption to Service use caused by the user's own fault.

③ The Company does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information or materials obtained by users through the Site and shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.

④ Legal liability for information posted by users lies with the respective users.

Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)

① In the event of litigation arising from a dispute between the Company and a user, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered headquarters shall serve as the competent court.

② Matters not provided for in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations and customary commercial practices.
